Mission Statement
As an organization of trilingual (Spanish-ASL-English) interpreters that promotes high quality services for our Deaf and hearing stakeholders, it is the mission of New Mexico Mano a Mano to promote cultural competency in Spanish-influenced interpreting settings and provide trilingual interpreting resources for the enhancement of the field; supporting professional development for trilingual interpreters, educating the public about trilingual interpreting, and advocating for appropriate policies concerning the provision of trilingual interpreting services.
