Educational Objectives:
  • Examine how Black, Indigenous, and People of Color are impacted by systemic racism, sexism, classism, ableism, linguicism, and other forms of discrimination.
  • Identify/describe/understand how their bias could impact their interpreting capabilities. 
  • Examine a few scenarios and discuss possible strategies for dealing with dilemmas.
