Jennifer Sagastume

Jennifer Sagastume was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. As a person raised in a bilingual Guatemalan heritage home and in a multicultural city, she encompasses the importance of culture, language, self-awareness, and a unique life experience learning the values of a variety of backgrounds and cultures. Jennifer obtained a BA in ASL/English interpreting and a second BA in Spanish from Western Oregon University. Currently, she works for the New Mexico School for the Deaf. As her time in New Mexico has been full of enriched opportunities, she aspires to support and enrich other Trilingual’s through their journey.
